This basically means if your equipment develops a fault we will send an engineer to your home to fix it, without fuss.
we operate a "back to base" warranty. This is where we will collect the faulty product, repair, or replace it, and return it to you.
In this situation Kalisco Music will cover all carriage costs for products covered under our "back to base" warranty.
We are all music enthusiasts ourselves and work hard to provide the level of service we would expect ourselves from a quality distributor.
